1. Introduction
Welcome to Demeter Fox. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Demeter Fox mobile application (the "App" or "Service"), operated by Emek Studio and available on Android, together with this website. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using Demeter Fox, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity required in your country to use the Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. Description of the Service
Demeter Fox provides football statistics, fixtures, team and match context, detailed match analysis, and AI-driven VIP predictions. Premium content is offered through one product called All in One VIP. We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
4. Important Notice and No Guaranteed Outcomes
Predictions, analyses, statistics, fixtures, and other content are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute betting, gambling, legal, or financial advice. Demeter Fox does not offer or facilitate betting or gambling and does not accept or process real-money wagers.
Football is inherently unpredictable. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any prediction or analysis and do not guarantee any match outcome or financial result. You remain solely responsible for your decisions, including any activity on third-party platforms.
5. User Accounts
Some features require an account created with email and password or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, providing accurate information, and all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or shared with unauthorized users.
You may delete your account within the App or through our Delete Account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the security or integrity of the Service.
6. All in One VIP and Payment Terms
All in One VIP is purchased through Google Play Billing and subscription status is managed with RevenueCat. Subscriptions renew automatically for the period shown at purchase unless cancelled before renewal. Demeter Fox does not receive or store your payment-card details.
You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policies. Prices may change with any notice required by law or the platform, and you are responsible for applicable taxes.
7. User Obligations
You agree to use the Service lawfully, provide accurate account information, keep your account secure, respect intellectual-property and privacy rights, comply with applicable laws, and avoid conduct that harms other users or the Service.
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- violate any law, regulation, or third-party right;
- upload malware, harmful code, or content designed to disrupt the Service;
- interfere with the Service, its infrastructure, or another user's access;
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems;
- copy, scrape, resell, or commercially exploit the Service without written consent;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
- misrepresent your identity or use the Service for fraud or abuse.
9. Intellectual Property
The App, website, software, design, text, graphics, logos, analyses, and other materials belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for lawful, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will always be available, secure, uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will be complete, current, or accurate. You use the Service at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emek Studio and Demeter Fox will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, opportunities, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, or misuse the Service. Termination does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription; subscriptions must be managed through Google Play. Rights and obligations that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country requires otherwise. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to the competent courts, subject to any mandatory rights available under local law.
14. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and us concerning the Service and replace prior understandings about the same subject.
15. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, our practices, or legal requirements. Material changes may be communicated through an in-app notice or email. Continuing to use the Service after updated Terms take effect means you accept them where permitted by law.
